FreeFlow

FreeFlow is a free Mac dictation app: hold Fn, speak, and cleaned-up text is pasted into whatever field you're typing in. It fixes filler words and spelling using nearby context and your own vocabulary, and an Edit Mode lets you reshape selected text by voice. It uses a free Groq key by default or a local model, and there's no FreeFlow server storing your data. Helpful for anyone who finds typing slow or tiring.
