Murmure

Murmure is an open-source dictation app that transcribes your voice on your own machine with NVIDIA's Parakeet model, in 25 European languages. Audio is deleted right after transcription, there's no account, telemetry or tracking, and you can trigger it with a global shortcut from any app. It's a strong free option for hands-free writing and accessibility.
