Utter

Utter lets you dictate freely and get tidy, ready-to-send text on Mac and iPhone. You can run it free with on-device models or your own API keys, or pay for hosted processing; the vendor says it keeps no audio or transcripts after processing and doesn't train on your content. Speaking instead of typing can also make writing easier for people who find typing slow, tiring or painful.
